Como que este día se me antojo escuchar a esta bandita de rock alternativo, originaria de Nueva Orléans, con este disco que se lanzó el año pasado y por ahi comentan que son muy buenos en vivo, pues son unos músicos muy virtuosos y versátiles, siempre buscan una experimentación de sonido constante con cualquier instrumento, incluyendo sillas de metal, y hasta reverberaciones dentro del baño de su estudio de grabación casero. Su repertorio incluye piezas que van desde el rock, new wave, electro, psicodelia y jazz. Por su versatilidad, gran afinidad y dominio con los instrumentos que utilizan, pueden mezclar sonidos antiguos con las pistas nuevas que crean sobre la marcha en su estudio casero. Tienen personalidad usando instrumentos clásicos y amplificadores de los 60's y 70's, complementando con sintetizadores análogos de principios de los 80. Esta banda comparte la idea de que detrás de cada instrumento hay una historia, y en su búsqueda para ser lo más genuinos y únicos posibles, la banda toca en la tendencia underground de "circuitos cruzados." <-- Heeeeeeeey, interesante, que no? haha :P... también el video de esta rola que dejaré está padre!! De pilón les recomiendo que vean el primer vídeo musical que fue "Typical" tuvo exito en la promoción de vídeos musicales en youtube, esta canción viene en el disco que se lanzó creo que a finales del 2006, el video tiene una característica no tan típica: La voz e instrumentos son tocados en reversa, pero la acción es normal, a la banda le tomó tres semanas para aprenderse sus respectivas partituras en reversa.
