He de recomendar un EP que hace un par de días me bajé y apenas hace unas horas escuché. Me agradó hoy haber sintonizado a esta banda Australiana mientras iba leyendo unas letras negras entre un subidón de emociones, entre risas, pues de todo hubo, iba calentando motores y un sobresalto de inspiración llegó... no pregunten porqué, ni yo lo entiendo pero he de decir que me vienen de pronto flashes tontos, comportamientos compulsivos y medio locos, para según quien, creo que es normal cuando una todavía no madura jaja, así que esta banda adolescente le dio ese toque mágico y refrescante a este episódio pues es una síntesis perfecta de los mejores lo-fi pop que han sido producidos en la última década. Cada canción parece un acuerdo bien establecido y urgente con letras reflexivas y melodías pegadizas, y que decir que mientras estos chicos de secundaria grababan en el sótano, nosotros estabamos babeando por otras bandas haciéndonos más viejos, y ellos a su corta edad, fueron dejando sus historias adolescentes, con un sonido limpio y honesto. Puedo estar admirada de lo bonitas que han quedado estas 6 canciones, pues se nota que hubo cariño, diversión por hacerlo y como ellos lo indican después de las clase de matemáticas, se van a su habitación para disfrutar de su pasatiempo favorito que es la música. Expongo uno de sus sencillos para que disfruten y si alguien gusta del EP, pueden pedirlo sin pena.
