The Maccabees – Pelican (letra)

Ya por fin hace una semana o ni me acuerdo jaja salió lo nuevo de The Maccabees, qué emoción me dio, ya que esta banda inglesa me ha dado buenos momentos... y bien podría decir que es posible que este disco no sea lo mejor para según quien, pero... ¿Qué más da? a mí me gustan! y me refiero por que han mencionado que la decepción ha sido porque que tienen un sonido parecido con u2, coldplay... y pues que raras comparaciones pues no hay que ofenderse pero... esas dos bandas de momentos me han sido bastante aburridas, si, me dan tanta pereza que hasta oír sus nombres bostezo... no aguanté nunca ni un disco del tirón de ellos, sólo temas sueltos, (¿¿será por eso que no encuentro comparación??) jajaja esa es la respuesta ups que pena snif! Ohhhh mi cristo negro!! ¿Por qué has permitido que tenga un blog? haha bueno cuando entré en contacto con "Given To The Wild", me alegré de que estuvieran de regreso con este álbum, recordando así, cómo y dónde hace unos años me encontré con esta banda y cómo me atrapó, si, fue como si me hubieran dado la tarta de frambuesa con helado de vainilla que tanto me gusta jaja, me dio mucha alegría, pedí más, hasta llegar a su segundo y luego... ok pedí más y es que yo no sé porque la gente se pone muy altas expectativas en cuanto a disfrutar de la música, yo no sé qué se espera de los músicos...

¿Que sigan haciendo lo que les gusta y que evolucionen poco a poco para ir apreciando su obra completa? o ¿que radicalmente pongan trompones para notar un cambio? y que uno quede con la boca abierta de apreciar lo experimentales que han sido y uno pueda afirmar con cada disco que son buenos... Claro ejemplo, Radiohead... ya que no han sorprendido con sus recientes obras, y ya por eso los tipos dejan por arte de magia de ser “buenos”… y es que a mi manera de ver, es como si no continuaras con el romance que te da una banda, juzgarles sin piedad, abandonarles y considerar que el "nuevo" sonido que ha dado "foster the people" es el mejor, es pedirles más de lo que les nace, de lo que son y digo, sé que en la vida habremos muchos insatisfechos y que actuamos gran parte en ella así,... ir de flor en flor, en nuestra confusión de buscar quien es el mejor! restarles importancia porque no han logrado de nuevo esa sensación de "wow sorprendente maestros!!" basta ya de comparar!!!! cadaaaaaa disco es UNICO, cada persona es única y si suenan al anterior o son parecidos al disco de chóforo que sacó en el año 1978, pues que? Pueden ser parientes y si te gustan será un gran disco, pero si no?... o es que acaso todos hemos sido unos genios? ahora por eso voy a volverme bien criticona jajaja, naaa ni eso se me da. Con esta simpleza de post termino. (Con unaaa charanga!! que la imagen y el post tuvo error jaja, sólo falta que me orine un perro!!)
